The lesson “Types of Businesses” helps to develop motivation and knowledge in children to enable them to be economically self-supporting in the future. The children will learn and recite the basic definition of a business and micro-enterprise and identify family members, neighbors, and friends who run successful micro-enterprises. Each child will demonstrate his or her understanding of the variety of business types by playing a “business charades” game. This lesson is designed for children between 6-8 years, and is the 35th lesson in the 1st Year “Business – Micro-Enterprise” unit.
