The GrowUp Smart intervention is designed to increase knowledge about puberty and fertility, and to foster values, attitudes and behaviors related to puberty and gender norms for improved sexual and reproductive health and well-being. It was adapted from the GrowUp Smart Program, a tested, multi-level puberty education intervention recommended for 10-14-year-old girls and boys.
